Would you welcome someone if they enjoyed something you did? Yes? Then what makes you think others wouldn’t welcome you! I found a friend that is exactly like me and someone I Thought I’d never find. You just have to keep going till you find “your people” and then you can be happy! 
keep going because they are out there. You aren’t different. You just haven’t branched out and found them yet
