Thank you for sharing. Dealing with anxiety and depression and struggling through but still doing the work to heal and grow is something you have to choose to do daily. I’m glad you’re here and that you are willing to speak up.
Yeah - it’s awesome when you stumble upon something that’s like - yoooo! What a perfect description for what I’m feeling inside! It’s like coming across a mirror. I get the panther too. And it may not be every day, but the fact that I know it will always return is such an interesting phenomenon because it’s like living under clouds, even when the sun is shining. A constant reminder the rain will come, and that I can’t escape it. Glad this hit you at the right time. Same.
