My name is Jon. My main interests are video games, trading card games and metal music. I’ve suffered from depression, suicidal thoughts, self harm and social anxiety for over ten years. I’ve reached out to people before but have never found a community like heartsupport. I’m in a situation right now where I find myself isolated and have difficulty coping.
