I’m at my happiest when I can help others feel happiness

I’ve now spent a dozen years living with major depression and general anxiety disorder. There have been streaks of really high highs, and yet also many episodes of terribly low lows. I owe my life to the love, prayers, and support of other people. It is my turn to offer the same.
