best advice was from a boss where I had a 18 month contract,
“I want to empower you… I want to empower you weather your on my team or somewhere else”… that stuck and I took that as my motto for any condition…

I might be a HSP, or at least learning about HSP put into words what I felt about myself that I couldn’t,
there are things about me that are just negative points, some just positive points… and alot… of things that are mostly positive and sometimes negative and visa versa…
I am open to converse about anything even if it might be a difficult conversation…
