I dont know what to do. I feel like I dont want to live anymore and I think im going to end up cutting and doing something im going to regret i’ve tried so hard to fight this but i cant do it. I dont want this pain anymore i cant do it. i dont know what to do i’ve fought it for so long and today i just cant do it. i dont want to be alive anymore.

You’re strong @Kayla! You got this! Try not to be too hard on yourself… I know it can be difficult. Have you tried an alternative method when you’re feeling angry/sad? For me, I’ve found the best way to vent is to get the blood pumping by going on a light jog. We’re here for you!
