600 stars for 600 days.
600 days that I didn’t give into bad habits and instead wrote out an affirmation.
Easy? Definitely not. It’s also not consecutive days either, but every day I learned. And it has become less… there are days i don’t think about it at all…
And hey, maybe this can keep others hopeful too that we can grow and learn.
