As the new year rolled around, my temporary job will be coming to an end in about two weeks from now. When I was told this, I took it really well but, later I became a little depressed that I’d have to say goodbye so such a wonderful work environment. Usually when I’m being told I’m being let go I cry a bit and beat myself up. Well, that didn’t exactly happen this time but, it did take a while for it to sink in. I didn’t exactly panic about what I’m going to do for money but, I was able to process my feelings and move forward. That’s a really big step for me! I’m so proud of myself. I think my therapist would be proud too.

Yes, you do have reason to be proud. I really hope that you land in an even more wonderful environment. Keep in mind, you had a significant role in making the environment in your last job wonderful.
