Before I write another post where I struggle with something, I wanted to take a moment to show my gratitude for Heart Support. Through Heart Support and what Danjo and Casey and the entire team do, I feel like I have a safe place to talk about my troubles and to share the positive things in my life as well. I am thankful for the people who have responded to my posts in this forum because they help me to calm down and to see things from a perspective I may not have thought of. I am thankful for the Heart Support live-streams and resources and all the good that they put out into the world.
Thank you, Heart Support, for giving me and others a safe place to breathe.
