I would like to expand my business but i just can’t trust anyone to do a good enough job to put my name on it so I’m stuck only doing what I can by myself. Turning away business is bad
Im sorry to hear about your situation. When i was in a similar spot i worked to communicate more with people who i worked with. This allowed us both to understand what was expected and have a healthier workplace environment.
