I’m an only child and I’ve lost all my family but one cousin who has now been diagnosed with cancer. I feel so alone and don’t know how I will go on

I can only imagine the stress on your shoulders with knowing about your cousins cancer. That’s indeed very scary and stressful. I know from experience how it feels. Just like your entire world is collapsing. You and your cousin will both need to take care of yourself as much as possible through all of this. Know that this community is by your side right now. We’re in this with you. You don’t have to face those battles by yourself.
