My mentality feels better but the shortness of breath is literally constant…24/7 and im now wheezing which the doctor says is just anxiety so yay me! (sad face)
I am glad to hear you feel better mentally. However feeling out of breath 24/7 sounds terrible.
I wonder if you actually feel anxiety? Sometimes our bodies have symptoms that look like anxiety but are caused by something else.
Just a short sharing of what I experienced: I had shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness for a long time. All kinds of explanations and diagnoses were made, mainly anxiety while I did not experience being scared at all.
In my case a physical problem turned out to be causing the symptoms. I got treatment for the physical issue and am feeling so much better.
I am no doctor and don’t know if this could be the case. But I wanted to mention it just in case, bc it might help you find the cause. Either way, I am thinking of you and hope your breathing will get better soon.

yea i think my body has just become used to all of the symptoms i physically feel so it doesnt really cause panic anymore. its mostly just annoying at this point especially at night time before bed
I am not an expert, but from what I know if you have a panic attack without panic it is not a panic attack but something else.
If you do not feel anxious or panicky I think a second opinion would be wise. Maybe you have something like chronic hyperventilation or another condition that could explain the physical symptoms.
It might also be that the earlier anxiety has caused some sort of reaction in your body that has not disappeared after the anxiety.
Either way, I hope you find a good doctor or other expert to help relieve your symptoms.
