Hello dear friends at HeartSupport, how are you? These days I’m feeling rather uneasy, but today it was better. I also went to the movies and ate an ice cream, but still wasn’t feeling completely comfortable. Now, after the movies, I would love to go to bed and have a good, sound sleep in order to wake up tomorrow, study and do some chores, therefore I would appreciate some advice regarding what to do when going to bed feeling uncomfortable. My bed itself is comfortable, I also cleaned my room last Sunday after months.
