I’m having to have special help with my worsening Chronic Fatigue/Depression. I’ve now also had stomach pain for three days and I am seeing my doctor urgently this afternoon - I think my Hernia has burst, as it’s painful and squishy around my belly button.

Turns out is likely to be torn muscle from Hernia, so will probably need an operation to repair the tissue, or stop the organ from being inflamed.
I’m glad you were able to get an answer at least! I hope if an operation is needed, that it goes smoothly!
