I’ve been thinking more and more about disappearing and suicide, I just don’t know anymore.
I’m so sorry you are in the depths of this despair. It takes strength to admit you have these feelings and to seek help. You matter and your feelings are valid.

It’s okay to not be okay, but it’s important to try to improve your well-being.
There are plenty of avenues to explore like therapy, but you can take small steps to improve your health like exercise, spending time with others, and getting fresh air. All of these activities have helped me immensely.

Then therapy might be the right fit for you. Many of my friends go to therapy. It’s nice to have an outside perspective on your situation!

Some community organizations, schools, hospitals, and places of worship may offer free or low-cost counseling.
Insurance will also cover a portion of the costs too, if you have it.
