I’ve been doing better since i’ve taken a break to figure out my problems, i’m still doing bad with the suicidal thoughts but they aren’t bad i’ve talked with a counsellor which did help.
It’s very helpful to acknowledge your progress. It builds confidence in your ability to withstand and redirect your thoughts in a positive direction.
