Yesterday, during lunch I was in a room full of people and I had never felt more alone than I did in that moment.

Man, you’re not alone here friend. There are so many people who feel this way. Sitting in a room full of people, but feeling so alone. It’s a horrible thing to feel, and during those times, it can be as if nothing matters anymore, that none of those people really care.
With that being said, there are probably more people in that room feeling the same way. So, I’d encourage you, next time you’re feeling that way, to look around, and if there’s someone sat on their own, go and sit with them. You never know - that person could become your best friend.
