I was on my phone and noticed that all my mutuals/friends were planning to meet and do things and I felt so out of it. Like even when I speak to them, I’m isolated from their worlds. I’m surrounded with lovely people, but I’m still left alone

i have found being honest with my friends has helped so much. The ones that listen and respond with something positive are the ones that are worth being your friends. You are not alone. You are not worthless. You are loved. You are in this community now so know you are not alone.
