I had to quit my job because I couldn’t handle it. I am looking for a new one but I don’t know if there is any job I can do. And being unemployed makes me feel awful.

I’m proud of you for recognizing your own limits of what you can and can’t do. Just because this job didn’t work out doesn’t mean that you are an awful person or a loser or anything like that, it just means that the job didn’t work out.
Try to keep an accurate perspective on this: This is a season, it has a beginning and it does have an end.
You’ll find a job/income stream that fits you eventually.
