We have a song called Here Comes Nightfall that is about depression. At our shows we try to mention the 988 mental health line and let people know they’re not alone. Keep up the great work @skilletmusic … Rock on!
I love you John, you and your music kept me going during this terrible depression, I tattooed myself my favorite song “The Last Night” In order to always feel accompanied by your songs, keep doing this beautiful music, I love you

Thank you John and the rest of the band for speaking for our mental health, but also not letting go of the truth in which God has placed. Yes, our minds and bodies are at war with us, but your music (especially the latest album) reminds us God is victorious and we are able to have such victory in His name. LOVE YOU GUYS.

My mom passed away two years ago August 2022. I miss her every day and there’s a big hole in my heart.
Love this song but I always felt like the care for mental health was a joke. People can get mad all they want when I say this, but they probably also have people they can talk to. I just never felt like I had a lot of people I could talk to. I guess that’s where music comes in
I am a monster and I hate it!

I only recently overcame the darkness of depression… I understand now how I will always be alone, and yet never alone at the same time. Your music is inspiring to say the least and I believe I’ve found a way to create my own path to inspire others from the darkness in their lives. . This world and this life is just a test for what awaits on the otherside. Thank you. To you and everyone who choose to stay and to fight the evil that runs rampant. Stay strong.
