Yeeeees! This is a freaking huge step, but also what a beautiful way to put yourself FIRST.

Well done, friend. I hope the transition regarding work is goign to go as smoothly as possible. It’s infiuriating how many work environments are toxic or lack of a good management. No one deserves to be stuck in a crappy job.
