For so long, the only thing psychiatric nurses would do with me is send me on courses to tell me what emotions are, despite the fact that I have heard it all a million times prior. However, after I broke down, ranting about everything to do with emotions (to the quantum level), they have now announced that they will give me trauma counseling: what I have always wanted!
I’m glad to see that “ranting” worked for you. I’m sorry they took so long to give you the help you need.
