@heartsupport. Calling for backup. Not sure, if you have a discord, or something like that? I found Hi Ren, just two weeks ago, when I was at my very lowest. Violet’s Tale, is very much my own. Grew up in a cycle of abuse and violence…. Repeated that, with my own husband. Trying desperately, to find the strength to leave. It is no exaggeration, to say… Ren’s voice was the one I heard… and loosened the noose on my rope!! Since then, I have weekly therapy, and my therapist is fantastic, but I’m having a very hard time, during the quiet times. Left a very toxic online community, after finding Ren. I want to surround myself with positivity, but the loneliness is hard.

Hi,

This sorta topic can definitely be a handful but you’re not alone through this situation…

I’m glad you were able to get yourself out of a toxic community like that and found a therapist to help you through the rough times. Definitely opening up about cycle of abuse are really important hate to see people in those sort of situations and can leave some very painful memories. Just got to head towards the light and find you’re way out of the struggle. You’re not alone throughout all the pain you been. Hope things get better for you and you find hope and healing through all this. Also will leave a heartsupport link below that may help.

Take Care & Hold Fast.

Hey friend- I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been exposed to the cycle of violence. That repeating pain is so hard. We know the hurt that it brings, but we also don’t know a life without the pain, so we somehow find ourselves back in it.

Even though you’ve been through so much, it makes me so happy to hear that you’ve found a therapist that you love and that you have music to connect with when your therapist isn’t there. Having those outlets- people you know and trust and can turn to when the going gets hard- is transformative. The quiet times can still be so hard, but that’s the beauty of always having our favorite artists at the tips of our fingers. We can always lean into music and let its power overwhelm us- giving us a moment of freedom and escape, knowing that someone out there relates to us and they found a way to speak about it. Continue to use music and continue confiding in your therapist. You are on the path to healing and I wholeheartedly believe it only gets better from here. You are so loved and you matter so much. Thank you for being you.

@ thank you so very much! :purple_heart:
