I screamed into a pillow tonight in tears and I guess my neighbor saw Dahmer… not trying to be funny at all but did he ask after me within minutes.

and having said that I absolutely feel the void every single day and every single day I find just one reason to keep it at bay

Hi Friend, I am so sorry that you are feeling this way, have you not shared this with anyone? I know you were not trying to be funny but the “Dahmer” comment did make me smile. What a lovely neighbour for coming and checking on you, that was so very kind. I wonder if reaching out today is a way of you starting to let things out? I find it so sad that you are alone in your sadness and fears, we have a whole wall of love that we can offer you if you do wish to share anymore. @heartsupportswat thank you for this message. Honestly it made my day in a way you can’t even begin to understand. I haven’t really shared much of my struggles of late, it’s hard for me to let people in especially about the times I inch back into the shadows. Im going to be okay, I always am. I’ve been through so much in life and I’m still here kicking ass and taking names. Some days it’s just more difficult than others, especially when work stress interferes with my sleep patterns. I’ve promised myself to prioritize my own needs once more as we can’t take care of others with an empty cup. Thank you again for your kind words.
