Same here @matmadiro. The depression and loneliness at home sucks. Almost everyone is gone. I really have no idea what I’m supposed to do with my life or where I belong. Everything is just a struggle and many days it is just so easy to fall into the darkness of my mind. I wish it wasn’t so hard but I don’t know how to overcome it. I appreciate you sharing your struggles.

Hey friend. Thank you so much for sharing what’s on your heart today. Depression is such a beast to tame and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Waking up without having any motivation for anything, this emptiness inside, the lack of feelings and sometimes the complete opposite, the exhaustion… It hurts to have desires and dreams but having to face this invisible wall in front of us all the time, to feel this heaviness on our shoulders no matter what we try to do. Hard to feel like walking on this constant line between this voice that drags us down without any effort, and on the other side the amount of energy that is required even just for daily life tasks. Life feels distant, out of reach. I hear you and am sitting right there next to you, friend, even just virtually. Even if this battle is mostly invisible, I can assure you that there are people who understand. I choose to acknowledge your struggles today and really want to celebrate your efforts there. It is seen, significant, impact – even if it’s hard to see it in your life right now. If you feel like these barriers in your life are too much, too present, if you feel helpless in face of it, then I would like to encourage you to seek therapy, or even just talk to your general practitioner at first – if that isn’t already the case. Depression sometimes can require us to get a different type of support, to implement different crutches in our life so we can start to learn to walk again, little by little. Your life is so important and growth is possible even when it feels like it isn’t. If you ever need to talk or want to have buddies by your side through this journey, our community at Heartsupport will also always welcome you with open arms. You are not alone. <3

hi friend, thank you for sharing your worries. it is easy to fall deeper into it, but also with some small steps,
some little things you also can get into a better place. find things that you like, enjoy the nature and fresh air
of our world. also a therapy or self help group is something to consider for you, it helps a lot to get to know
yourself better, who you are and where you are going. you learn how to deal with things and overcome
them better. you deserve a happy life because you are worth it, you matter.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with depression and loneliness. Feelings that you don’t know what you should do with your life or where you belong can be pretty stressful and it can cause the darkness to come. Overcoming something like that takes a lot of work and talking to a therapist is something that might help you. Therapy has been helping me with those things.
