@heartsupport dude this is awesome! i love the practice of not diving in all at once and going little by little until you’re good on pacing! i’m going to try applying this mindset to follow casey’s lead and get back into walking/jogging, starting with smaller distances at first until i can complete a whole walk around my local lake. these walks can also help clear my mind better which is an added bonus!
I love how clear your vision is for what you want to do - it helps because you can start to imagine that goal being a reality…seeing yourself traveling around the lake, feeling the sunshine, seeing the views, enjoying the weather, having this sense of mental clarity, feeling the breeze…there’s something so powerful about CLARITY.
