I see you and hear you so at least to me you are not invisible Maybe your last resort was reaching out to Heartsupport. Maybe part of you does wants help and support, but doesn’t know how to get it.
I don’t know what you have done so far to search help, sometimes it can be a process to find an organization or a person that fits your needs. Either way, I am happy you reached out to us.
