I want to start off by thanking you from the bottom of my heart for your service. I have the utmost respect for the men and women of the military. I won’t take your sacrifice for granted. I can’t imagine what you’ve seen and what you brought home with you, but you aren’t alone. I know that it feels that way and I do recognize that we don’t take care of you guys when you come back home. Your story reminds me of the song by the band Convictions called The War That Followed Me Home. PTSD is real and it should be taken more serious. I hear you and I wish I could give you that hug you seek. You’ve already proven how strong you are and i hope that you continue to be the warrior that you are. You always have a voice here at Heart Support; we are here for you.
