Everything I’m doing is killing myself bit by bit, the people around me are not helping.

Would you like to share about what is “killing yourself bit by bit”? No pressure at all, and if you don’t want to, that’s okay. But that would be easier for everyone else here including me to understand what’s going on and think about how this community can help you.
You are not alone. I’m really sorry you didn’t receive the help you needed before. Hopefully your message will be the transition to something different from now.
