I suffer from PTSD, depression from abuse and anxiety…lately its been bad…i cant get out of this hole…nobody around can help me…no one listens

Last time i saw a professional they broke their promise to me and told other people…i cant trust them no more
Breaking confidentiality is against the law. If you say you are going to hurt yourself or others they can report you, but anything else is illegal. If they work for a business, you can speak to the office manager about their violation of your privacy.
