Hi there,

I’m really sorry to hear that. I don’t know your story but I used to relate to those lyrics too, and when I’m listening to this song again now, it makes me think of how far I’ve made it. There is hope to get out of that dark place.
What helped me was to start going to therapy and to do more things that brought me joy, like making art, staying in nature and make more connections with others.
Have you considered going to therapy? it might really help.
I really hope you will find the spark to keep on going, and if you already have a bit of that spark, hold on to it and it will show you the light one day, hopefully.
