I have felt this 45 feeling so many times. The reason I never followed through on these bad thoughts is that I don’t have life insurance and would leave my family with nothing. Lately I have been inquiring about costs of life insurance. Seems like a small thing but it is actually a huge step for me. I am still hesitating but at least I am looking.
