I have no control, over important things my life. I can’t even cry as a release, my injury has taken that away from me. I was in a bad car wreck in '08, 16 years ago now. I was in a coma for 3 weeks. I am weighed down with sorrow, anguished from the sole being. Thats a song reference by the way.

Hey friend
Just to put this out there friend. I understand the feeling of feeling lost after an accident. Just know that whenever you’re feeling, You’re not alone friend. It’s okay to feel weak and powerless, but that doesn’t mean you are.
The fact that you’re still here shows that you have a lot of potential. I know that soon, You’ll find something fulfilling. It takes time, it takes healing, but you will undeniably get there, just hang on in there. You’re doing so well
Hey I totally hear your, its so hard when things are out of our control. I must imagine its even worse when you can’t express feelings and emotions in a normally healthy outlet, I hope you find something that works for you.
I have been in similar situations where I was so weighed down with grief and loss of control, I remember that I had to just celebrate the small wins, no matter how small, they were including things like just showering or brushing teeth, or taking a walk around the block. It will get better, I promise you.
