i push everyone away, it’s been 3 years since i cut myself off of my mom and 1 year since i cut myself off of my dad. i destroy everything i get close too. I’m a cancer. i stay away because no one deserves to to have to deal with me. i’ll drown alone at the very least.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I know when there’s either a negative or toxic environment, it’s perfectly fine to cut people off. I’ve done it. We do it to protect our mental state. It’s perfectly okay. Is there anyone else that you’re able to talk to about what’s going on?

Just remember, you’re loved no matter what.
