I hope you can stick around and keep talking about stuff you’re going through. Having a connection with other people who try to understand you helps a lot. I know that for me, my issues started improving specifically once I had those connections and started asking for help.
you aren’t alone in your struggle with addiction. we spend so much time thinking negatively that we get better at thinking those thoughts. become addicted to loving yourself because it takes a brave person to put yourself out there for the world to see like you. i’ll be sending you good vibes and positive thoughts to wherever you might be
You’re not a drunk. It is not who you are. But it can be your testimony. Every day you face is another opportunity to make this part of your past instead of your present.
My brother is a vet with a drinking problem. And I just hugged a dear friend who used to be a vet with a drinking problem. Time is the only difference between them. I love them the same.
