But sometimes it takes more time for us to put this in reflection because sometimes we are still coping and get over these things that we also need to work on. Thank you for sharing. It is still hard to never be happy even though you have all your needs met and things are going your way. It feels like there’s something wrong with you when you just can’t be grateful for what you have. And it’s very difficult to force yourself to be happy when you think you should be. It’s okay if you don’t feel the way that you think you should. It’s okay to not have a specific reason for not being happy.
