I feel like I don’t belong in my own home. I’m constantly being undermined and put down.

I am sorry that you do not feel comfortable in your own home, situations like that are tough since it should be the one place of sanctuary away from the chaos of this world.
Is there any favorite place you can retreat to when things get hard like a friends house or recreational park?
Are your parents or siblings undermining you and putting you down the most?
