My life is a total disaster right now. My dad passed away 3 years ago today. My mom was diagnosed with Dementia, Psychosis and Schizophrenia. I was diagnosed with Endometrial/Uterine cancer in 2022. I sold my parents house and I will be homeless in 4 days. Talk about anxiety?

What a cascade of events you’ve been through in the last three years. I’m so very sorry fora both the loss of your father and the grief you’re experiencing regarding your mother - because I do believe we grieve the living when they slowly slip away from us. I’m also terribly sorry for your diagnosis.
I can imagine it feels like the entire world soured around you three years ago and hasn’t let up since. One thing after another. That must be really difficult and frustrating to the point of tears. I could imagine asking the questions “what did I do to deserve this” or “why me, why them?”

I do want to ask more about your situation, if you’re willing to share. Have you been able to seek treatment for your diagnosis? And regarding your parents house, was there a reason that it needed sold?
I know the anxiety looming over you must be exhausting - I’ve lived out of my car before. The uncertainty there, the uncertainty - it can weight a person down. I want to keep you in my head and heart and let you know that we’re here to lift you up and support you in the best ways that we can.
You’re doing your best with the tools given to you. I truly believe that. I don’t know what is on the horizon but I have hope that it is a break from the anxiety.
