I am so scared to go home in fear that I might get hit or disowned does anyone have any advice for me

if you are in immediate danger at home, please do not hesitate to call the police or a friend/family member to remove you from the situation. you do not deserve to be hit or disowned. your safety is the main priority so please take the steps necessary to protect yourself.
after you’re in a safe environment, if something happened between you and someone at home to cause this fear, please know we’re all here to listen to and support you through this. you aren’t alone!
