A while back I had written a suicide note, and so today I’m sitting in front of it debating weather or not I should throw it away. Something in my gut tells me that I’m gonna die of suicide. I feel the need to keep the note, I can’t throw it away. I’m literally shaking because I just feel like I need to keep it.

Don’t take your life away. You talking about your struggles help. I encourage you to talk to the ones you trust. Don’t give up. God loves you.
