the bit about pain is interesting. i have moderate to severe psoriatic arthritis (depending on the days. i have plenty of good days but the bad days are bad), and one thing you learn with a chronic pain condition like that is that when pain is a certainty, when it’s entirely unavoidable, it becomes a lot easier to deal with. it stops you from doing things a lot less than it ever would have in the past.

Thank you for your words, they exude strength! I have a feeling that despite (or perhaps, because) of your pain you are a beautiful beacon of hope. May you have many more good days than bad, may you remember the light inside on the bad ones!
Merry Christmas,
Cris
Hi,
Thanks for opening up about struggling with the high and low days and about your arthritis i can see how it alot to deal with…
Honestly i currently still have a family member who also struggles with arthritis and how sometimes it difficult to keep moving through with the issue it is painful. But sometimes we have to push through the hard experiences as well even when they may get uneasy. There will be those highs and lows in life we have to understand and move through when things get hard. So the most we could do is keep moving through to find those better days.
