The feeling that alcohol has given me, especially this past year. With losses and the loss of myself.
Hey, I struggled with alcohol for many years. It was the way I coped. I got sober 9 years ago.

Sorry, to hear you have a hard time with alcohol. I can imagine how much alcohol can cope things when we are under stress with life in general. But, also is a dangerous game to play when alcohol tyrns around on you, next thing is iy wont fullfill your inner core pain and that can be a deep womb to carry.
I know Rehab may not be a good suggestion or AA meeting but is a start to heal your inner self.
Life is not easy at all. And, especially loosing people you can loose yourself that we forget who we are in real life all because we say no one will understand our pain. Trust me you are not alone in this. There are many othets like you, just need to find you, find your inner spirit tonl find peace, spiritual guidance in your life. When you realize that, then you’ll find you for sure.
