Therapist reacts to BABYMETAL X ELECTRIC CALLBOY RATATATA

You know what I liked most. The way the girls of Babymetal were smiling and just having so much fun at their live performances. Japanese culture can be a bit to focused on perfectionism, and being a bit introvert. So the way the girls opened up, were smiling, hugging… It really was such a warm loving feeling just watching them. It must be so nice to work with the Electric Callboy team.

Babymetal makes the song. ECB gives me a Lonely Island vibe, which is fine, but Lonely Island did it first and did it better.

This song is amazing

I have AuDHD and you might be my new favorite music reactor. Your insights, at least for the two Electric Callboy videos I’ve seen, are spot on without being cringe or cloying or preachy. I almost feel like I’ve just had a mini therapy session. Seriously! “Get out of your head and into your body.” WHAT?! I think I used to do that when I was younger but I don’t think I realized it was actually therapeutic. Now that I actually recognize what the deal is I can employ it.
I’m turning 61 next week. I only got diagnosed halfway through my 59th year. I had been self-medicating with alcohol for DECADES! I stopped drinking and ended up with life-ending ideology. I reached out for help and now have a psychiatrist I speak to and the meds I’m on REALLY help my depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I’m working on unmasking which is no picnic because I have to demand respect and fair accommodations and put up with my own imposter syndrome. I’ve learned what RSD is and how to talk myself back from that ledge. I KNOW I have CPTSD because although my home life was fine growing-up. “Fine.” I was shuttled around friends’ and family’s homes because my dad wasn’t trusted by my mother during times she was hospitalized due to her schizophrenia or maybe because he didn’t want the sole responsibility of caring for me when she wasn’t at home…I dunno. He was an asshole, not to put too fine a point on it, and he died at 52 when I was barely 8. I cried for about 15 minutes and then after the numbness dissipated a couple weeks later I was actually relieved he was gone. He never hit me. He never physically abused me in any way. He yelled A LOT and that was plenty bad enough. His barking held a threat of physical abuse. At least when my mom spanked or slapped me it was over. With him there was CONSTANT tension.
WOW! That was a lot. ANYWAY…I’m gonna leave it. I’m not gonna delete anything I’ve written.
Suffice to say this, now I am finally able to look and listen inwardly. AND get outta my head ON PURPOSE when I need to! All I needed was a nine minute and 8 second Electric Callboy reaction! SONUVVABITCH!

please react to Hypa Hypa, Pump It, Tekkno Train and Everytime We Touch. EC are just pure fun, and the bromance between Nico and Kevin is so wholesome and definitely links in with men’s mental health.

The surprised face is not very believable when you sing along at 3:30

Electric callboy did a reaction to many reactions to this including a lot of background to this, that one was wery interesting. But to me this is a great work-out song, I guess I ramp up 10% when i am running and this track is randomed in on my playlist.

Electric Callboy is out-of-this-world amazing—very funny and incredibly talented—just a great group of guys from Germany!
I highly recommend doing more of their songs/videos. :us::heart::metal:t3::de:

Please react to babymetal divine attack it has such a strong meaning

Party metal!!! Les gooo!!!

Love this woman hands down nee fav channel :saluting_face:

love your energy in this reaction

How are you going to make this a mental health song? Simply by playing this song you are increasing viewers mental health. Nobody can listen to this and not be happy.

Hurrikan from EC would be a great possibility to talk about relationship issues

When you make a face as Electric Callboy do the standard drop
I feel disappointed.
What I need is to be considered
Would you be willing to not make a face when Electric Callboy do the standard drop?

The “mental health” aspect of this song is that it is practically impossible to listen to it and not smile. Sometimes you need that when you’re in a bad head space. When I’m angry or depressed sometimes I want to throw some sad music on and be in my feelings for a bit. Other times I just want something to slap me across the face and make it impossible to be in a bad mood. And honestly just about anything from Electric Callboy is just what the doctor ordered in those times.

If you looking for good moode music, please react to “everytime we touch - electric callboy” i swear you will fell in love with that version!!

This song never fails to make me dance in my seat.

No band makes me happier than electric callboy they always help cheer me up when I’m in a bad mood. Although it’s not one of their most popular you should react to arrow of love. It’s a super good song and there’s some lines in there that you could talk about that pertain to mental health

Please react to karate by babymetal, specifically the live version from Budokan 2012. That version will have English subtitles and the lyrics are very encouraging.
