A bit hard to read mental health into a song whose lyrics are a (delicious) cacophony of horror movie & horror TV references. Most of the time Rob is just singing about stuff he loves.
Grasping at straws to use the lyrics as an allegory. Not a good look. Rob Zombie is rather literal, just an FYI.
