This how my brain has felt every day since I was about 14 years old feeling like the world is crumbling around me and just begging for someone to tell me I’m fine it’s been 15 year battle with my mental health

Well, I am going to tell you that you are fine. Listening to others can help and can also hurt at the same time. Because at the end of the day your judgement is your best judgement based on the situation and the power of whispers that you choose to listen. Mental health is a terrible thing but you can get help.

Totally understand where you’re coming from. It could be a physical & mental strain at the end of the day. Probably coupled w/ anxieties of the unknown. As I have aged… I’ve realized the universe has got a plan. & everything is all right or going to be. Things somehow work itself out. Just got to try & take things day by day!

Welcome to HeartSupport, I am so glad you reached out to us and commented on the Falling in Reverse reaction video. What a powerful reimagining of this awesome song. Ronnie knows what he is doing for sure. You are not alone, this song goes out to all the people that are struggling, you, me, the world of unspoken mental health sufferers out there…so that is a comforting thought for me. I am glad we live in a day and age where it is OK to say you are not OK. There is no shame in asking for help, or in admitting you are feeling something is off. Battling for 15 years is a tremendous amount of time to constantly be fighting your own brain. I hope you are able to lean into a support network, whether that is family, or friends, or music, or gaming, or others with common interests, but especially I’d encourage you to talk with your doctor and get into talk therapy. I cannot even express how grateful I am for my therapist Nick and the number of times he has been there for me and talked me through some complex situations, emotions, and severe depression. It will get better. I promise. Putting in the work sucks…fighting yourself on every single simple decision sucks, but the hard work will pay off and you WILL come out stronger on the other side. I love the Breaking Benjamin song Better Days, it speaks of leaning into your faith and finding your way again…peace be your journey to better days friend!
