Today for the first time in a while

Today for the first time in a while I had a suicidal thoughts…they were too strong I don’t remember I have ever felt like that like it’s so easy and if I kill myself now finally I’ll feel peace…
I don’t know how but it’s getting out of my control.

I hope you used the informations that @anon17277947 and @DrDyaus shared with you. Suicidal thoughts can be very tough to handle, but you can always use those numbers every time you need it. There’s not limit for this.

I find that when I’m struggling journaling helps alot. Helps you clear out your thoughts. You can try to write out your positive qualities and traits then look back at them when you are feeling down. You have much to live for.
