I went to try in dresses for my cousin’s wedding and none of the junior bridesmaids dresses fit me, so I had ONE, numero uno dress to try on in the adult section. Guess what? It’s too big. So now we have to go back and get a custom dress because I’m too big for everything.

As someone who’s weight and body has always been awkward and fluctuated from bigger to smaller to bigger when I was younger, I really do hope you can come to love and value your body. It’s hard for young girls and women to not feel insecure and sad, especially when media pushes us to be a certain way. I truely hope you can embrace all of who you are because your value and worth lie deeper than appearances.
