You are not alone and this community is here to support you. Just know that you ARE enough. And there is no timeline on healing. We often put so much pressure on ourselves to move on or trying to tell ourselves to “get over it”, but especially with a break of trust like this it is important to give yourself time! Heal and grief at your own pace and I have faith that you will find yourself in a much brighter spot down the road. This community is here to love and support you along the way!
