There are so many ways to look at the same subject, and all are relevant. Intellect, Emotion, and Stagnation. It’s fine to project a song from the emotional viewpoint ( as many songs are) but it doesn’t address how exhausting it can be to cater to emotional blackmail. When you are raised with a parent who abuses your emotions, you have little pity for those who drag all of society into stagnation. There must be a middle ground between those who produce and those who drain resources. That’s called reality.
