Therapist analyzes the lyrics of Jimmy by Tool to discuss the importance of meeting the broken pieces of ourselves with gentleness, so often we meet the hurt pieces with judgment and criticism, but this song SHOWS us how to be compassionate. Can you be compassionate toward your younger self in the comments?

Can you please react to too late to call an ambulance by Psychonaut 4?

His birth name was James Herbert Keenan. He took on “Maynard” as a nickname in the military based on a fictional character he had made years earlier.
So yeah, Jimmy is definitely him.

Till 1 and 1 are 1. 11. so glow child, glow. 11 is when his mom made the decision to send him to live with his dad in Michigan. She wanted him to live a normal childhood and be a kid rather than wait on her and take care of her as much as he did.
Least thats what my memory recalls from his book.

It seems that someone has turned into a big fan :metal:t3::metal:t3::metal:t3:

Heck yeah!!! Glad you reacted to this, one of their best songs

i have watched quite a lot of your tool reactions, and i really appreciate your sincerity when reacting to tool´s powerful music. and you are really very funny while doing this. but have you ever taken a step back and reflected on whether or not you might be projecting a bit too much into what you experience in those moments?

How she has gone all around “Right In Two” has to be a statistic impossibility at this point.

You can see why Tool has such invested fans. He’s a really interesting guy.

You were only 5 Johnny, wasn’t your fault. You didn’t ask for it, he made you do it. We’ll be OK, I promise.

Day 17 of asking her to react to Diary of a Madman, by Ozzy Osbourne

12 when my father died of heart failure. he had just driven us two hours to our cabin in the woods, and then he was gone. I have never really come to terms with all of it, But this song as well as the whole discography has helped me navigate the world better. Losing my best example of a role model left a vacuum that was filled with less than positive influences. Music has always been a counter force that has kept my sanity intact.
